to judge a person by the way they look, and I'm not about to do that.
 I know from other evidence that George Osborne is a complete gareth. However, have a look at this picture of "Gideon" with Danny The Useful Idiot. 
You know what Osborne's thinking don't you? He's thinking "I've just spent the morning drowning kittens and I fuckin' loved it!"
