Rangers: Robert Sarver out of running to take club over

American banker Robert Sarver has pulled out of takeover talks with Rangers after his second offer for the club was rejected.
The 53-year-old had offered £20m for a majority stake in the Championship club.
But Rangers rejected the deal, saying they did not believe it would receive the backing of enough shareholders. A spokeshun told The JT:"The offer of £20m is well wide of our own evaluation of the club's current value- about 35p."
